From 0/2022 to 04/2026 I cared for Leonel (3) and Santiago (8) for 3 days a week, 3 hours a day. I would help with school work, go to the park, learn new colors, shapes, animals and new words. From 02/2023 to 04/2026 I cared fdor Ambar (11) and Caleb (7) for 5 hours a day, 2 days a month. We go to their basebal games, we like to watch movies and cook, go to the park, recreational activities, cycling, painting, drawing, and help with school work. From 01/2025 to 04/2026 I cared for Ivanna (5) and Arturo (3) for 4 hours a week. I take them to amusement parks, we go to the park to play with other children, we do crafts and homework with Ivanna, we make desserts and we watch movies.

I was a tutor to Elandrie (10) from January 2024 to November 2025. My duties included tutoring and assisting with learning, plus light meal prep. I babysat Mila (4) from in December 2025. My duties included supervising and playing, preparing meals, bath time support, and general care. I babysat Liani (11) and Ktistie (8) from February 2022 to August 2024. My duties included supervising and playing, preparing meals, bath time support, and bedtime routines. I volunteered at a daycare center from September to December 2025 taking care of children ages 5 to 13 years old. My duties included supervising and engaging children in activities and assisting with lunch.

One of the main reasons I want to join the au pair program in the United States is to improve my English by using it actively in daily life. I believe living in a different culture is the most effective way to learn a language. I also want to gain international experience, meet new people, and discover a new culture. I took care of Sara, an 8-year-old girl, from June 2021 to July 2022. My responsibilities included taking her to and picking her up from school, giving her lunch, preparing and serving snacks, checking her daily school activities, and guiding her with homework. I also engaged her in different activities such as playing games, doing handicrafts, solving puzzles, and enjoying board games together. From November 2023 to February 2024, I cared for Dulce, a 2-year-old girl. I picked her up from kindergarten, gave her lunch, helped with school-related activities, and played with her. We did various creative activities she enjoyed, such as painting and making crafts. I also got her belongings ready for the next day, made her dinner, and helped her prepare for bed. Currently, since September 2024, I have been taking care of Ammy, a 6-month-old baby. My duties include bathing her, feeding her, changing diapers, helping her take naps, and monitoring her while she sleeps.

I like to make them smile, for example by making funny faces when they are upset to help them feel better. I worked at a summer camp, where I learned how to take care of a small group of children. From October 2023 to February 2024, I did an internship at an occupational therapy center taking care of children ages 4 to 7 years old. My responsibilities included preparing snacks, taking them to and supervising children at the playground, comforting children, assisting them with tasks, playing with the children, singing and reading to them, cleaning up, buying groceries, helping the children get dressed, and planning and preparing arts and crafts. During my internship, I supported children with developmental delays, motor skill difficulties, sensory processing issues, anxiety, and attention or behavioral challenges such as ADHD. I did another internship from April to July 2024 taking care of children ages 3 to 11 years old. My responsibilities included playing with the children, cleaning up, supervising the children around animals such as dogs, horses and chicken, planning, preparing and doing arts and crafts activities, comforting children, observing the therapist during their work. I worked with children who had speech and language delays, learning difficulties, social-emotional challenges, and developmental disorders. Finally, I babysat Lily (9) and Samuel (5) from March 2023 to February 2026 . I looked after them at the playground, played with them, drew pictures with them and cleaned up after them.
