Latvia is a small European country on the Baltic coast but small is not a bad thing.  It means that we are used to looking at things more closely -  we polish, we angle, we untangle.  We pay attention to the detail and as we all know the devil is in the detail!

- Hard-working.  Our winters are cold, for 6 months of the year it is actually snowing or raining here. However, winners have to think ahead and be prepared for both easy and hard times.  We are good at planning and improvising as well.
