"With 5 kids that attend 4 different, schools I would say Elisna has a bit more on her plate than the average au pair. She greets every day with a big smile and I know she is ready to take on whatever comes her way with grace and flexibility. Elisna is nurturing and fun. She is an expert storyteller, she treats each of our 5 children as individuals and works tirelessly to promote good manners and respectful behavior.
Are we benefiting from introduction to a new culture, language and customs? Yes! Elisna is teaching our children Afrikaans. There is nothing sweeter than hearing my 4 year-old say “Goeiemôre!”. In return we have introduced Elisna to patriotism and parades, the fun of Halloween costumes, choosing and cutting our own Christmas tree and many more traditions."
