I babysat Sofia (3) from August 2019 to February 2020. My responsibilities included preparing meals, feeding and bathing her, and taking her to the park. I babysat Victoria (4) from May to December 2023. I prepared meals, fed her, did her laundry and supervised her. Lastly, I emailed Dayan (4) from July 2022 to March 2023 twice a week. From June to present, I volunteer in a children's holiday program with children from 6 to 12 years of age. I supervise the children and do painting and crafting with the children. From March 2023 to September 2024, I took care of Lotta (1) for one to two times per week. I prepared meals, played, took child for walks, went to the playground and to the local farm where the child's father is working. From August 2023 to February 2024, I took care of Nino (1) for two to four times per week. I prepared meals, played and put child to sleep.

My responsibilities with her included changing her diaper, bathing her, dressing her, giving her a bottle, helping her sleep and doing simple exercises like moving her hands and feet. I also engaged her in activities to develop her auditory and visual senses using toys and songs.

I would like to be an Au pair because I love children, I have always been surrounded by them. I value how they teach us from their innocence, their love and their great curiosity to learn new things. Between July and August 2024, I cared for Cherchoti (6 months). I prepared the bottle and fed the baby, I gave the baby a bath, I powdered the baby and dressed him up. I was changing diapers, holding the baby and comforting him while crying. I was sing the baby a lullaby while patting on his back and putting the baby to sleep. Between June and July 2024, I worked in a Children’s Development Center with kids aged between 2 and 3 years old. I took care of the children, dressed them up, put them to bed and taught them. My motivation for traveling to the US as an au pair is to learn about other cultures and the American way of life. Basically, spending a full year taking care of children, supporting them, and watching them grow and develop was a great opportunity. One of my biggest dreams is to travel through the world, and meet different places and different cultures, and I can do that with this program. I wanted to go to countries like U.S.A, France, Spain, and others, so when I discovered this program, I saw an opportunity that I should take to make my dream come true. I want and desire to participate in the Au Pair exchange program in the United States of America because I believe I'm someone who easily adapts to a new environment. I have always loved children and enjoy learning from them, as well as imparting something beautiful to them. In my experience over the years with childcare, everything has been a learning opportunity and has helped me grow as a person. My responsibilities were: taking care of her, giving her food, taking her to the kindergarten, helping her to do the homework and go to swimming lessons. From August 2023 to June 2024, I cared for Juan (14), Maria (12) and Guadalupe (3), Wednesday to Sunday, 8h/day. I took them from the school, I prepared the lunch, I took them to the club to their sports classes and I accompanied them to bed. From April 2022 to June 2022, Monday to Thursday, 6h/day I cared for Santiago (8). I used to pick him up from the school, I gave him lunch, I helped him to do his homework, and I played with him. From July 2024 to October 2024. I cared for Aitana (1), Monday to Thursday, 6h/day. During that period, I prepared her bottle, I changed her diapers, I put her to take a nap, we played visual stimulation games, we went for walks.
