Child Care Experience
I worked at a daycare center from April 2022 to January 2023 taking care of children ages 8 months to 3 years old. My responsibilites included feeding, diaper changes, and putting them down for naps. I worked at a kindergarten from March to December 2023 taking care of children ages 1 to 5 years old. I fed and bathed the children, changed diapers, did fun activities and supervised playtime. Finally, I worked at another kindergarten from September 2024 to July 2026 taking care of children ages 1 to 7 years old. My responsiblities included bathing the children, changing diapers, helping with meal times, and doing activities with the children.

I consider myself qualified to participate in the EurAuPair program because of my extensive childcare experience, including many hours spent supporting children in day care centers and kindergartens. I babysat Ana (1) from February to June 2026 on weekends. I prepared meals, helped with activities and nap routine. From February 2024 to August 2026, I was a teacher at my church taking care of children ages 8 to 16 years old. I created activities for the children and guided them through their religous understanding. I was a teacher from March 2022 to April 2023 taking care of children ages 4 to 12 years old. I taught English, planned lessons and fun activities, supervised them and organized cooking classes for the children, as well. From September 2020 to February 2022, I was a teacher at a private institute taking care of children ages 4 to 12 years old. I taught English, and planned the lessons and acitivites.

Becoming an au pair is a dream for me because I want to immerse myself in American culture, improve my English, travel, meet new people, and grow personally. I bring six years of experience as a teacher, working with children aged four and older. Teaching has taught me patience, responsibility, creativity, and the importance of adapting to each child’s individual needs. From September to October 2023, I took care of Maria (4) five times per week. I gave baths, prepared meals and played with the child. From June to August 2023, I took care of Kaluana (8) for three times per week. I watched the child, played and helped with schoolwork. From June 2022 to July 2023, I took care of Manuela (6) for three times per week. I gave baths, prepared breakfast and lunch, helped with schoolwork and prepared the child for school.
