We have the legal designation from the U.S. Department of State and the experience to help you find the right au pair for your family. All of our au pairs we place in the U.S. speak English, but for many, it is not their native language. Immersion in an English-speaking culture improves their language skills, although EurAupair screens au pairs to be sure their level of English is appropriate and will allow them to be functional on their very first day in the U.S. Our objective evaluation of the au pair’s English is provided to you as part of their application package, and you get a chance to interview your au pair prior to placing with her in order to ensure her English level matches your expectations.

From 09/2022 to 06/2023 I cared for Santino (7) twice a week. My responsibilities included doing sporty activities together, helping him with homework and preparing meals. From 09/2023 to 06/2024 I cared for Fabio (10) twice a week. My responsibilities included bringing him to Judo class, baking cookies together, helping him do his homework and preparing activities. I obviously love children and taking care of them, I am very patient. I can teach the kids French and Italian, how to play piano, and tennis. We can cook together delicious dishes. I would love to become an au pair to discover a new country, get familiar with a new culture, and encounter new people.
Child Care Experience
From July 2022 to February 2025, I have taken care of Loic (4), for several weekends a month. I played board games, went on bike rides, walking, prepared breakfast, took child to the bus, picked up child in the evening, helped with homework, prepared snacks, took child to the pool and did baking with the child. From May to June 2024, I occasionally took care of Sohan (10), Noham (7) and Orehane (5). I helped with homework, did activities, and prepared meals and snacks. For the month of July 2024, I did an internship in a day camp with children from 3 to 12 years of age. I welcomed the children, offered activities such as board games and crafts, organized quiet time, helped with meals and nap time, took the children to an amusement park and wildlife park, prepared snacks, read stories to the children, organized picnics, and offered moments of relaxation. From September to October 2024, I occasionally took care of Robin (9). I prepared meals, helped with homework, prepared snacks and did afternoon activities with the child.

Along with being a big sister with a brother 11 years younger, I also hold the BAFA, a recognized diploma for childcare, and have worked in a daycare center. Thanks to my training and experience, I have developed essential skills such as patience, creativity and listening. I enjoy accompanying children in their daily lives, teaching them new things and contributing to their development in a caring way. I'd also love to experience the great American holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving, decorating the house with my family and preparing meals together for these special occasions. From January 2016 to February 2025, I occasionally took care of Loise (6) and Gabin (7) when their parents were at work. I helped with homework, prepared food, supervised the children, drove the children to activities, played board games and Playmobile, took the children shopping and to the cinema and put the children to sleep. From July 2022 to October 2024, I took care of Hugo (7) and Alice (2) during school vacations. I helped with homework, played board games, prepared breakfast and lunch and tidied up the kitchen. During winter break in December 2024, I helped out in a Day camp with children from 12 to 17 years of age. I did activities and crafts with the children and helped with daily life and activities. For a week in April 2024, I helped out at a children's camp center with a group of children from 3 to 5 years of age. I woke up the children, helped with breakfast, did activities, crafted with the children, did reading with the children, played outside, assisted with snacks, played dress-up with the children, cooked with the children, and took the children to the farm and to the pool.

I would like to become an au pair because I think it is an experience that could be unforgettable. I love taking care of children and playing with them.
