Looking for an Au Pair in Hudson Valley, New York?

With over 30 years of experience, EurAupair was one of the first au pair programs to become designated by the U. S. Department of State to legally sponsor au pairs to come to the United States, and has placed tens of thousands of au pairs across the country including in the Hudson Valley area.

EurAupair is an affordable child care option, making it a real value for such flexible, loving, in-home care. And, unlike other forms of child care, the fee is for children of all ages, and per family - not per child.

Local Support from EurAupair Community Counselors

Following the receipt of your application form, a local Community Counselor from the Hudson Valley area will be assigned to your family. The Community Counselor is available to answer any questions and provide assistance to both you and your au pair throughout your year together.

"I became a Community Counselor through EurAupair in 2014. I have found the program to be very rewarding and enriching. I came to know of the program through my wife, a Community Counselor for over 3 years now. I joined my wife each month for her monthly au pair meetings and enjoyed the time and places we took her au pairs. I have visited and discovered more places of interest full of culture in the passed few years in NYC and on Long Island than I ever I have living here all my life. It has been a great experience to have been able to discover new places in my own area and have been able to share those experience with my au pairs while at the same time learning so much about their own culture back home. It is just one of the many reasons why I decided to join the EurAupair team and become a Community Counselor. I continue to look forward to much more intercultural exchanges through this program with my au pairs learning more of their culture while learning more about my own." from Community Counselor Daniel Rivera.

Some examples of monthly au pair meetings in the area include: Dia Beacon, pumpkin and apple picking at local farms, walkway over the Hudson, flea markets and antiquing, music festivals, open mic nights, art at Vassar, hiking on the Mohonk Preserve, coffeeshops and lunch at local markets.
