Child Care Experience
I was a tutor to Elandrie (10) from January 2024 to November 2025. My duties included tutoring and assisting with learning, plus light meal prep. I babysat Mila (4) from in December 2025. My duties included supervising and playing, preparing meals, bath time support, and general care. I babysat Liani (11) and Ktistie (8) from February 2022 to August 2024. My duties included supervising and playing, preparing meals, bath time support, and bedtime routines. I volunteered at a daycare center from September to December 2025 taking care of children ages 5 to 13 years old. My duties included supervising and engaging children in activities and assisting with lunch.
Sports, Interests and Hobbies
Spending time outdoors, being in nature, reading, baking and trying new recipes, doing arts and crafts, learning to crochet, staying active through hockey, with some experience in horse riding as well

I want to be your Au Pair because I’ve always been interested in the USA and I would love the opportunity to learn and explore American culture while growing responsibly and independently. I’m choosing au pairing because it’s a meaningful way to spend my gap year—building independence, learning patience, caring for others, and experiencing life in a new country. I believe I’m qualified because I genuinely enjoy working with children and I have practical childcare experience through tutoring, babysitting, and daycare, where I’ve helped with homework, supervised play, prepared meals, assisted with bath time and bedtime routines, and supported children in group settings. My strengths are that I’m calm, caring, attentive, hardworking, honest, mature, and responsible. I’m also adaptable, a confident swimmer, a good driver, and comfortable in the kitchen
Child Care Experience
I babysat Jaydon (7) from March to May 2023. I prepared meals, cleaned up after him, assisted with homework and played with him outside. I volunteered at an aftercare center where I assisted children ages 7 to 13 years old with homework, playtime, and daily routines. I looked after Jamal (7) and Zano (9) from February to December 2024. I helped them with homework and prepared meals. Lastly, I took care of my younger siblings since they were babies from May 2016 to February 2019 every day. I changed diapers, fed them, put down for naps, did tummy time and bathed them.
Sports, Interests and Hobbies
I enjoy spending my free time reading, experimenting with new recipes and cuisines in the kitchen, and expressing my creativity through arts and crafts, especially painting and DIY projects.

I want to become part of the au pair exchange program because it offers a unique opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture, improve my language skills. As an au pair, I would have the chance to experience life from a different perspective, understanding customs and traditions. I have worked with children in various settings, whether through babysitting, tutoring or volunteer work, which has helped me develop patience, communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I am responsible, organized and comfortable handling different tasks related to childcare, from meal preparation to helping with schoolwork. My strengths include patience, adaptability, and responsibility I am organized, reliable, and committed to ensuring the well-being of those I care for.
Child Care Experience
From January 2024, I have helped out at Sunday school with children from 3 to 11 years of age for two hours per week. I give weekly lessons, organize activities and quarterly parties, discipline, and classroom management. From January 2020, I have occasionally taken care of Kayla (11). I drive the child to school and activities, prepare meals and school lunch, help with homework, organize parties and help with routines. During the month of June 2023, I occasionally took care of Liam (9). I prepared meals, drove the child to activities, entertained and babysat the child. From August to September 2020, I took care of Zavier (2 months). I prepared food, gave baths, did the bedtime and naptime routines, entertained, and cleaned all the equipment and bottles. From October to December 2020, I took care of Cassidy (11), Cayden (6) and Caylee (6). I prepared food, entertained, assisted with school work during homeschool due to covid, helped make the children's beds, gave baths, and did the morning and bedtime routines.

I would like to be part of the program not only for the amazing opportunity to experiance a new culture but for the opportunity to do this in a family setting as I will be joining a host family in an exchange of culture as well as doing this while providing a safe form of childcare for the family while experiencing life with them while in the program. I am excited for the opportunity to become more independent as I will be leaving the comfort and familiarity of my home country as well as the people in my life to discover more of the world beyond the borders of my country. I believe I am qualified as I have extensive experience with children in a multitude of ages. Some of my strengths that I believe fit the program is that I am organized, confident, compassionate, enthusiastic, I am able to problem solve, I am social amongst many other good qualities.
