Child Care Experience

I babysat Arabelle (1) and Ryan (4) from January 2021 to May 2025. My responsibilities included meal preparation, supervision, bathing and dressing the children, outdoor play, and assisting with homework. I worked at a daycare center from February to May 2025 taking care of children ages 2 months to 6 years old. My responsibilities included children's supervision, indoor and outdoor play, communication with parents, assisting with homework, tutoring and lesson planning help.

I would love to become an au pair in America because of my genuine love for children. I believe that kids need love, care, and guidance to grow into the best versions of themselves, and being part of that journey is incredibly meaningful to me. I consider myself well-qualified, as I’ve gained valuable experience both through volunteering at a nursery and caring for children one-one, ranging from just a few months old to 10 years old. My greatest strengths are my patience and my ability to engage with children in fun, creative, and thoughtful ways, whether through physical play or stimulating their minds.

From August 2022 to August 2025, I took care of Jacqeas (15), Chandré (11), Aliyha (10), and Ziante (3). My responsibilities included preparing lunch, helping with homework, organizing activities, and sometimes assisting with bedtime. Then from November 2024 to present I took care of Ruvé (16 months). My duties included changing, feeding, playing, and managing nap times. I worked four hours a day, three days a week.

I took care of Noah from June 2022 to April 2025, starting when he was a newborn until he turned two years old. My duties included meal preparation, bottle feeding, burping, giving baths, changing diapers, getting Noah dressed, putting him down for naps, doing his laundry, handling light housekeeping chores, and entertaining him throughout the day. Since August 2025, I have been taking care of Alvin, who was one year old when I started. I currently work 54 hours per week. My responsibilities include putting Alvin down for naps, changing diapers, preparing meals, doing light housekeeping, and keeping him engaged with craft activities, reading, painting, outdoor games, and weekly trips to the park.

From January 2021 to December 2022, I took care of Jesse (6) and Zach (9) for three hours, five days per week. I prepared lunch and snacks, assisted with homework, and prepared supper when needed.
