Child Care Experience
I took care of Antonella, 1 year old, from June 2024 to October 2024. I gave her lunch, put her to sleep, gave her a bottle of milk, changed her diaper, bathed her, dressed her, and did activities with her such as reading a book, watching TV, dancing, or playing. I also took care of Santiago, 3 years old, from March 2024 to October 2024. I gave him a snack, babysat him, and did activities with him such as playing board games or other games. In addition, I cared for Samuel (1 year), Samanta (2 years), and Jeronimo (6 years), from March 2024 to October 2024. I picked them up from school and daycare, helped with homework, gave them lunch, and did activities such as playing, dancing, going to the park, or watching TV. I fed them, combed the girl’s hair, changed the diapers of the younger ones, put the boy and girl to sleep, gave them their bottle, and took them in the stroller.

*** First AID *** Participating in the AuPair exchange program in the USA has been a long-standing dream of mine. I am deeply passionate about working with children and believe that this program offers a unique opportunity to combine my love for childcare with cultural exchange. The chance to immerse myself in American culture, improve my language skills, and form meaningful connections with a host family is incredibly appealing to me. I took care of Alina, who was 1 year old, from February 2022 to March 2023. My responsibilities included laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation, and general childcare. From March 2020 to July 2025, I worked with a group of students aged 3 to 14, Monday to Friday. My tasks included planning activities, organizing games, teaching English, and developing class materials. Since May 2024 until July 2025, I have also been working with another group of students two days a week. I am responsible for designing lesson plans, planning children's activities, and providing general care for the children.

I practice swimming on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 am to 9 am every week. I love swimming and being underwater, it´s very relaxing and comforting for me. Besides this, I was in a theater group for 6 years. I love art, reading, and acting. I enjoy being able to play a character and bring it to life. The ability to create emotions and feelings in people is magical, so I love acting. I like to exercise and dance. I usually do some routines at home when I get home from university. Exercising makes me feel more energetic and upbeat. I use apps on my cell phone to exercise. Sometimes I do exercise routines and sometimes I do dance routines.

I enjoy helping people and being there when they need support. Doing a good job and helping others gives me a real sense of purpose. With children, I find it's important to play outside, to discover the world and do other fun things. I like to bake and cook and could teach your kids how to make an authentic quiche Lorraine. I would be happy to do crafts such as painting and coloring with your kids. I have already had several jobs and experiences in the working world. I chose the United States because it seems like a country with a lot of culture and wonderful people, also because I want to continue learning about the language, improve it and make it my second language; I want to learn and enrich myself from their culture and lifestyle.
