I volunteered at an aftercare center where I assisted children ages 7 to 13 years old with homework, playtime, and daily routines. I took care of Thomas, 10 years old, from October 2022 to December 2022. My responsibilities included picking him up from school, helping him with his homework and reviewing what he had learned in class, preparing his lunch, and taking him to his soccer lessons. I took care of Jhojan Esteban, 6 years old, from May 2023 to September 2023. I prepared his breakfast, helped with his morning routine, and engaged him in games and activities such as painting, reading, singing, dancing, baking cookies and desserts. I also served him lunch and took him to the park in the afternoons. I cared for Mariam Lizeth, 1 year old, from October 2023 to May 2024. I prepared her bottle, bathed her, changed her diaper, prepared her lunch, and did activities to stimulate her to take her first steps. I also helped her take her nap and took her to different places to play. I currently care for Samantha, 7 months old, from June 2024 to February 2025. I get her up and dress her to go to the park, prepare her bottle and give her lunch, change her diaper, play with her educational toys, help her take her afternoon nap, and dress her in pajamas afterward.

My responsibilities included reading, listening to children's songs, teaching letters and numbers, playing educational games and putting them down for naps. For Nicolas, who is six years old, from December 2024 to April 2025, Monday to Friday for six hours per day, I was responsible for his daily routine, including school pickup, snacks, and organization. I provided significant support with homework in subjects such as math and reading/English, and I carried out creative and educational activities such as crafts, cooking, and games. For Gabriel, who is ten years old, from December 2024 to May 2025 on weekends for eight hours, I looked after him, taking him to and from his music and martial arts classes. I prepared his meals, organized his belongings, and assisted with his bedtime routine. We also enjoyed activities together, including going to the park, swimming, watching movies, and doing crafts. At Sarahy Kindergarten, from May 2025 to August 2025, Monday to Friday for four hours per day, I assisted the teachers with children aged one to five. I helped with daily routines such as meals, nap time, hygiene, and diaper changes, and I supported classroom activities including games, crafts, singing, and motor skills exercises, always ensuring the children’s well-being and safety.
