From 12/2014 to 01/2018 I cared for Ava (4) for 8 hours a day on the weekends. I would take care of her daily, bathe, put to sleep and prepare food. In October 2024 I cared for Fatin (11) for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I would pick up and drop off child from school and take to activities on weekend and prepares food. In August 2024 I cared for a group of children ages 2-3 for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I was responsible for caring for them, sleep time, and playing. From 01/2024 to 06/2024 I cared for children ages 2 to 10 for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I would take care of daily matter such as brushing teeth after meals, sleep during afternoon, and arts teaching.

Child Care Experience
I took care of Shikai Ma, 1 year old, from 10/2021 to 07/2024, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 4 hours per day. I managed the child’s daily diet, patiently feeding him and ensuring proper nutritional intake. I accompanied him in various activities, including playing with building blocks, reading picture books, and engaging in parent-child games to enrich his daily entertainment. I arranged a reasonable schedule, coaxed and accompanied him to sleep on time, and ensured sufficient rest. I also took him for outdoor activities, exposing him to nature and teaching simple knowledge about the environment. Additionally, I assisted with personal hygiene care, including washing and changing laundry. I cared for Xueyi Ma, 6 years old, from 01/2019 to 08/2021, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 5 hours per day. I was responsible for the child’s daily routines, including washing, dressing, dining, and napping. I accompanied educational activities, such as picture book reading, manual creation, and outdoor exploration, to help the child learn and cultivate interests. I guided the child in developing good habits, including following a regular schedule, organizing independently, and practicing sharing and cooperation. I prioritized safety, monitoring both indoor and outdoor activities and identifying environmental hazards to keep the child safe. I also communicated daily with parents regarding the child’s diet, emotions, and learning progress, and coordinated parenting arrangements. I tutored Qiang Wu, 13 years old, from 09/2024 to 02/2025, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 8 hours per day. I assisted with homework across various junior high school subjects, answered questions, and expanded knowledge. I helped cultivate healthy study habits and guided him to follow a regular schedule. I also accompanied the development of interest activities, such as basketball, and guided reading and communication to enhance comprehension and reading skills. Additionally, I assisted in planning learning tasks and organizing daily necessities.

For me, this is not only an overseas experience but also a cornerstone of my career as an educator. I hope this experience will help me clarify my original intention: education is never a one-way output but a process of mutual growth. Firstly, I majored in Education during my undergraduate studies, giving me a solid professional knowledge base and theoretical background. What I love most when I’m with children is doing creative activities, playing board games, or going to the park. I love these kinds of activities because they allow children to express themselves, bring us closer together, and when I do things they enjoy, it makes me happy. I was lucky to take part in a humanitarian trip to Togo with my class, where we helped renovate a school and visited an orphanage. For me, this is something that is close to my heart, and I look forward to passing it on in the future. I also did an internship in a nursery.

I took care of Martin, who is 9 years old, from January 2025 to March 2025. I gave him his breakfast, prepared his lunchbox, took him to school and picked him up, gave him his lunch, helped him with homework, and played with him. I also cared for Emiliano, 18 months old, from July 2024 to November 2024. My duties included picking him up, bathing him, giving him his bottle, managing his nap times, giving him breakfast and snacks at different times of the day, playing with him, stimulating his development, accompanying him as he learned to walk, feeding him lunch, and changing his diaper whenever necessary. From March 2024 to May 2024, I took care of Maria Jose. I prepared and served her meals and snacks, organized games and educational activities, read stories and sang songs, accompanied her on short walks or trips to the park, and always ensured her safety during all these activities.
