I took care of Liam Gael, a 1-year-old, from July 2024 to May 2025. My responsibilities included feeding him, bathing him, checking on his sleeping habits, and changing his diaper. During the same period, I also cared for Mabel Aitana Ayala Vallenilla, another 1-year-old. I bathed her, changed her, and fed her. Additionally, from January 2021 to January 2022, I looked after Fabian David Caballero Rueda, a 9-year-old. I helped him with his homework, picked him up from school, and made sure he was fed.

My responsibilities included taking care of him during the day, preparing his snacks, keeping him entertained, playing with him at the park, practicing ball games, and spending time with his family. I also took care of Valeria, who was 9 years old, from January 2024 to November 2024 (10 months). My duties included taking her to activities such as gymnastics and painting, helping her with homework, supervising her chores, and organizing fun and educational activities. Additionally, I cared for Antonella, a 10-month-old baby, from January 2025 to August 2025. My responsibilities included changing her diapers, spending time playing and teaching through different activities, helping her fall asleep, maintaining a safe sleep environment, and ensuring she was always supervised.

I would like to become an au pair in the United States because I love taking care of children, and this experience will help me confirm my choice to work with them in the future. The BAFA training (French childcare diploma) gave me solid experience to care for children safely and playfully. My past experiences babysitting, working in day camp centers, and supporting children in foster care or people with disabilities helped me develop valuable skills that will be strong assets as an au pair. Being a driver is also an advantage, as it allows me to safely accompany children in their daily activities. I have already visited the United States and enjoyed American culture.
