Child Care Experience
I took care of children between the ages of 2 and 13, including a group of children from May 2025 to July 2025. My responsibilities included supervising the children, organizing activities, playing with them, preparing meals, and creating a fun and safe environment. I also cared for Diego, a 7-year-old boy, from August 2024 to September 2024. With him, I organized his daily routine, prepared meals and snacks, played together, took him to the beach, and helped with bathing. Additionally, I cared for Flavia, a 7-year-old girl, from June 2023 to September 2023. I prepared her meals, organized activities, and made sure she had a positive and enjoyable daily experience.

I want to become an Au Pair in the USA because I see it as a unique opportunity to combine two of my greatest passions: working with children and discovering new cultures. This experience will allow me to grow personally, improve my English, and become more independent. I have worked as a babysitter for several years and as a kids’ club entertainer in Greece, caring for international children through games, creative activities, and daily routines. From 01/2025 to 01/2026 I cared for Biana (6 months) for 5 days a week. I was responsible for breakfast, change nappies, snake, play with the baby, read a few books, do easy physical exercises, and put to sleep after lunch. From 09/2021 to 06/2023 I cared for Enea (1) 5 days a week. I was responsible for childcare duties, including diaper changing, feeding and playbased and educational activities.

I believe I am well qualified for the EurAupair program thanks to my many years of experience with children of all ages, from newborns to school-age kids. I have worked as a full-time babysitter, in daycare centers, summer camps, and nursery schools, and I also have experience with children with special needs. From October 2024 to March 2025, I was a tutor to Andrea (16) helping her with her homework. I've been babysitting Vincenzo, now 10 years old, since October 2016 when needed. When he was a baby, I fed him, changed diapers and put him down for naps. Now I play with him and help with homework. Finally, I've also babysat Thomas (10) and Ivan (11) since they were babies in 2015. I bottle fed them and supported the mother, now I help with homework and take them swimming in the pool.

I wanted to embark on this journey because I've always been curious about the lifestyles, habits, celebrations, and more generally the lives of people so far removed from my own. I worked for a volunteer association from May 2018 to May 2020 taking care of a group of children ages 3 to 10 years old. I helped with homework, organized games and activities and prepared snacks. I worked with a group of children ages 2 to 14 years old from October 2023 to November 2025. I planned daily activities and took care of them.

From September 2023, I have taken care of Aurora (3) and Tommaso (6) every day. I prepare meals, play games, give baths and take care of the children when they are sick. From May 2023 to December 2025, I took care of a group of children from 5 to 12 years of age for six hours, three times per week. I prepared meals, did laundry and organized games and activities. From June 2023 to January 2024, I took care of a group of children from 3 to 17 years of age three times per week as a swimming instructor. From September 2023 to June 2024, I took care of a group of children from 6 to 10 years of age for five hours per week. I entertained the children for one hour before the start of elementary school.
