From June 2024 to January 2025, I took care of Camila (4) for six hours per day. I prepared food and snacks, helped with reading, played inside and outside, took the child to a homework class and picked up the child. From January 2019 to August 2023, I took care of Dylan (5) for four hours, three days per week. I prepared food, helped with homework, played and prepared snacks. I want to be an AUPAIR because I consider it a good opportunity to acquire English as a second language and because is likes to spend time with children. I chose the United States because of the language, because of the American families, because I would like to get to know a large part of this country like New York, Los Angeles, Boston, because I will be able to practice the English language every day with my host family, especially with the children. My connection with children, it is easy for me to establish a relationship and make them feel safe and confident. I always try to be a good adult for children. Child Care Experience
I took care of Iliam (ages 2–7) from July 2021 to April 2026. My responsibilities included overnight supervision, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, reading, bottle feeding and diaper changes when he was younger, preparing meals, assisting with toileting and showering, bedtime routines, and planning activities for the next day. I took care of Liam (ages 5–7) and Nélia (ages 3–5) from January 2024 to January 2026. My responsibilities included preparing meals, helping them eat, assisting with showers, organizing bedtime activities, and reading stories before bed. I took care of Amani and Ayélé, 8-year-old twins, from September 2025 to May 2026, occasionally after school. My responsibilities included helping with homework, preparing meals, assisting with the bedtime routine, and organizing activities such as drawing, reading, and playing board games.

I believe it is very important to listen to children and value their opinions. I am a very patient person and can handle different situations while always ensuring the children's well-being and safety. I would love to introduce them to my passion for dance and, if they are interested, create fun little performances together. I also look forward to sharing my French and Beninese cultures with them while learning about their culture in return. I would love to become an au pair because I've loved taking care of children since I was little, which is why I currently work fulltime in childcare at a day camp center. But being an au pair also offers an interesting cultural exchange that I would love to experience. I have patience, kindness, energy and a lot of ideas for having fun with children.
