From June 2024 to January 2025, I took care of Camila (4) for six hours per day. I prepared food and snacks, helped with reading, played inside and outside, took the child to a homework class and picked up the child. From January 2019 to August 2023, I took care of Dylan (5) for four hours, three days per week. I prepared food, helped with homework, played and prepared snacks. I want to be an AUPAIR because I consider it a good opportunity to acquire English as a second language and because is likes to spend time with children. I chose the United States because of the language, because of the American families, because I would like to get to know a large part of this country like New York, Los Angeles, Boston, because I will be able to practice the English language every day with my host family, especially with the children. My connection with children, it is easy for me to establish a relationship and make them feel safe and confident. I always try to be a good adult for children. I like to educate them and teach them things that will serve them for a lifetime. I am a reliable, humble and honest person. I adapt to any change quickly.

From 10/2024 to 09/2025 I cared for Glenn (3) twice a week. My responsibilities included welcoming and supervising the child at home, preparing meals and snacks, organizing suitable activities (games, reading,outings), as well as assisting with daily routines (hygiene, tidying up). In August 2025 I cared for Paul (8) and Antoine (3) for an evening. My responsibilities included having dinner together, playing a few games, helping them get ready for bed and staying with them until their parents came back.

I would like to take part in an Au Pair program in the United States in order to discover a new culture, improve my English, and live a rewarding experience within an American family. I sincerely enjoy spending time with children and being part of their daily lives. With them, I love organizing games, doing creative activities, cooking, drawing, reading stories, or simply sharing meaningful moments together. I especially enjoy seeing their curiosity, imagination, and enthusiasm grow. Every child is unique, and I like taking the time to understand each one in order to offer activities that are adapted to their interests and personality. For me, the au pair experience is a true cultural exchange where everyone has the opportunity to learn from one another.

I believe it is very important to listen to children and value their opinions. I am a very patient person and can handle different situations while always ensuring the children's well-being and safety. I would love to introduce them to my passion for dance and, if they are interested, create fun little performances together. I also look forward to sharing my French and Beninese cultures with them while learning about their culture in return.
