I want to become an Au Pair because teaching kids is definitely one of the most gratifying things I have ever done, it's incredible the way you can impact in positive ways in the kids lives, I enjoy spending time with children, and I know the responsibilities of caring for kids and I have the mindset, capacity, patience for do that.

From 03/2024 to 04/2025 I cared for children ages 4 to 8 for 2 hours a day, 2 days a week. I take care of Nela, Tessa and their Brother Kilian while their mother is at meetings or goes to training. I thought about getting to the USA for a long time, because I always saw videos photos and more about people who live there. I find the USA fascinating and would love to experience the culture and traditions. Furthermore I love spending my time with children, playing with them or doing other things and more with them. This makes me happy, because I see those smiling faces. Then I watched some videos online, where others spokes positively about being an au pair and I researched what it is exactly about. And the thought, to get to know the USA and care about children of a family that I hopefully grow close to, is amazing.

I've been looking after children as I've been working as a group leader in extra-curricular and day-care centers since I graduated from high school, and I love spending time with children, teaching them things and helping them grow.
