Child Care Experience
I did an internship at a nursery in April 2025 taking care of children ages 6 months to 3 years old. My responsibilities included helping with meal preparation, changing diapers, doing activities with children, monitoring the kids during nap time. I was a teacher's assistant from September 2023 to June 2025 as needed taking care of children ages 2 to 5 years old. My responsibilities included supervising kids during recess, class time and meals; and helping the classroom assistants and teachers manage the kids. I did an internship at a nursery from April to May 2026 taking care of children ages 3 months to 3 years old. My responsibilities included helping with meals, assisting with hygiene care, doing diaper changes, and doing activities. Finally, I was a student intern at pediatric emergency room from June to July 2026 caring for children ages 4 days to 18 year old. My responsibilities included helping with perfusions, bandages, nose cleaning, urine samples, taking vital signes (blood pressure, temperature, weight saturation), accompanying the parents and helping the kids together.

The main reason I want to become an au pair in the USA is my passion for children. From October 2019 to December 2025, I cared for Obed, aged 3 years old until 9 years old. I picked him up from school, helped him with his lessons, and guided him through anger management exercises since he can be a bit explosive. Sometimes he stayed overnight at my house because his mom, a doctor, worked night shifts. From January 2025 to December 2025 (currently) I took care for Jessian, aged between 2Months - 1year old. I take her to her medical appointments and handle everything involved in caring for her while she is with me. She is a one-year-old baby, and her mother also has special health needs.
