Child Care Experience
From 04/2017 to 12/2024 I cared for Christian (2) on occasion. We would play, draw and prepare meals. From 09/2024 to 11/2024 I cared for a group of children ages 4 to 10 for 4 hours a day on the weekends. I would supervise the children and help them during horse riding lessons. From 05/2020 to 12/2023 I cared for a group of children ages 4 to 16 for 2 hours a day, 3-4 days a week. I would assist with riding lessons, and entertain the children.

I have completed the knowledge and skill evaluations for the Emergency Care & Safety Institute Course. From November 2021 to March 2022, I cared for Damian (1). I cooked for him, played with him and sang to him. I have been caring for Isaac (3 months old) since October 2020. I cook, play, watch movies, go to the pool and each him basic words and numbers. From March to June 2022, I cared for Rafael (3). We do outdoor activities together, we play in the park and I prepare him snacks. Since March 2022, I have been caring for Emiliano (4). We dance, play soccer, play musical instruments and I cook him dinner.

I want to be an Au Pair because I like to work whit children and accompany them in their growth process, also it would allow me to teach my host kids a little bit about a different culture, other traditions, and about diversity. From September 2023, I have taken care of Aurora (3) and Tommaso (6) every day. I prepare meals, play games, give baths and take care of the children when they are sick. From June 2023 to January 2024, I took care of a group of children from 3 to 17 years of age three times per week as a swimming instructor. I babysat Daniel (9) from January to March 2023. I did recreational activities with him, helped with homework, played sports, did crafts and prepared meals for him. I babysat Thomas (10mths) from November 2023 to January 2024. I prepared meals, changed diapers, kept him clean and tidy, helped with activities and sang songs to him. Finally, I babysat Luciana (4) and Salome (7) on weekends. I played with them, did arts and crafts with them, dressed in costumes, helped them get ready, brushed their hair, helped with homework and took them to skating lessons.

First, I would love to become an au pair, mainly because I love children. It sounds cliché, I know, but it's true; I just feel good when I'm with them and, when I take care of them, I feel like I'm also taking care of my inner child. I get the child ready in the morning, walk the child to and from creche, play soccer, prepare meals, help with homework and put the child down for naps. From April to June 2024, I took care Amogelang (7) and Atlegang (7).
