Child Care Experience
**I am willing to take care of children ages 2 yeas and older.** In July 2023, I cared for a group of children aged between 6 and 10 years old. I was their animator. From June 2019 to September 2023, I cared for Charlie (1). We played together, we went for walks, I bathed her and I prepared some activities. From September 2022 to July 2023, I cared for Arwenn (13) and Gabriel (10). I helped with their homework and took care of them.

I have a deep passion for American culture, particularly its language, music, appeal, and landscapes. Caring for children aged 4 to 13 has strengthened my commitment to their well-being and education. I've introduced children to various activities, such as new sports, music genres, cuisines… My top priority has always been children's safety, and I've developed conflict resolution skills. From September 2023, I have taken care of Aurora (3) and Tommaso (6) every day. I prepare meals, play games, give baths and take care of the children when they are sick. From May 2023 to December 2025, I took care of a group of children from 5 to 12 years of age for six hours, three times per week. I prepared meals, did laundry and organized games and activities. From June 2023 to January 2024, I took care of a group of children from 3 to 17 years of age three times per week as a swimming instructor. From September 2023 to June 2024, I took care of a group of children from 6 to 10 years of age for five hours per week. I entertained the children for one hour before the start of elementary school.

Finally, I did an internship from February 2021 to November 2023 taking care of children ages 1 to 10 years old. I helped with homework, did her hair, played with her, and prepared meals. I also looked after Sebastian (7) and Mariana (5) from January 2023 to January 2024. I did fun activities with them such as cycling, painting and cooking, I helped them get ready for school and helped with homework. I worked on a school bus route from February 2018 to February 2020 accompanying children ages 1 to 15 years old. My responsibility was to ensure their safety and well-being and do some entertaining activities with them. Lastly, I cared for a group of children ages 1 to 5 years old from January 2016 to January 2018. My responsibilities included reading, listening to children's songs, teaching letters and numbers, playing educational games and putting them down for naps. I've babysat Ithan (1) since January 2025 on weekends. I feed, bath, and dress him, play with him and do fun exercises with him.

Growing up in Colombia has given me a deep appreciation for my culture and language, which I want to share with my future host family. My previous experience as a nanny has equipped me with the skills to teach children to read, write, and engage in creative activities like arts and crafts.
