From 07/2021 to 08/2022 I cared for children ages 3 to 11 for 35 hours a week. I want to become an au pair in the USA to improve my English and experience American culture. I love working with children, and this program is a great opportunity to learn while doing what I enjoy. I would like to become an au pair in the United States because I love taking care of children, and this experience will help me confirm my choice to work with them in the future. The BAFA training (French childcare diploma) gave me solid experience to care for children safely and playfully. My past experiences babysitting, working in day camp centers, and supporting children in foster care or people with disabilities helped me develop valuable skills that will be strong assets as an au pair. Being a driver is also an advantage, as it allows me to safely accompany children in their daily activities. I have already visited the United States and enjoyed American culture.
