Child Care Experience

I took care of Alarique, who was 4 years old, from January 2024 to April 2026. My responsibilities included preparing meals, organizing playtime, helping with educational activities, supervising daily activities, and watching movies together. I also worked at Babes and Tots, 3 months and 12 years old, from December 2025 to January 2026. My responsibilities included preparing milk, changing diapers, supervising the children, helping with homework, overseeing playtime, assisting with school activities, helping with infant feedings, and supervising lunchtime.

I want to become an AuPair in the USA because I would love the opportunity to experience a new culture, meet new people, and learn about different lifestyles while becoming part of an American host family. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and would love to be a positive role model who helps them learn, grow, and feel cared for. Child Care Experience

From September 2024 to June 2025, I took care of Amy (6). I planned and did educational activities, supervised the child's safety and well-being, supported the child's development, supervised the playground area to ensure safe play, monitored playtime, helped resolve conflicts and encouraged positive social behavior during recreational activities. From January 2025 to June 2026, I took care of Valery (7). I taught and supported the child in daily learning, encouraged critical thinking and responsibility, monitored academic progress and provided guidance and feedback. From June to August 2021, I took care of Amahia (5) and Anehelisse (8). I prepared breakfast, supervised the children, ensured their safety and well-being, made sure their daily routine was properly followed, provided attentive supervision during activities and playtime, supported their basic needs, and maintained a caring and responsible environment at all times.

From June 2023 to December 2025, I took care of Tommaso (8) and Filipp (4) twice per week. I prepared snacks, helped with homework, played, did activities and cleaned up after the children. From August 2024 to September 2025, I took care of a group of children from 6 to 10 years of age once per week. I planned activities, supervised and played with the children. From September 2024 to September 2025, I took care of Pietro (6) for three hours per week. I prepared snacks, helped with homework and kept the children entertained.

I would like to take part in the au pair program in the United States because I enjoy taking care of children. I also hope to build a strong bond with the host family and to discover a culture and traditions different from my own. I believe I am qualified to participate in the au pair program because I attended a humanities-focused high school, which taught me a lot about childcare, and also because I have three other childcare experiences. From 01/2023 to 11/2025 I cared for Safa (2) for 45 hours a week. My responsibilities are getting safa ready for school, preparing of meals and snacks, assisting with homework, planning educational activities, and assisting with bath time. From 12/2024 to 11/2025 I cared for Veer (10) and Nikita (2) for 10 hours a week. I was responsible for meal preparation, nap time, bath time and chores overseeing. From 05/2024 to 10/2024 I cared for Waseem (6) on occasion. My responsibilities were meal preparations, having a structured routine which helps to reduce anxiety and creating a lot of visual aids posters.

I worked with a group of children between 2 to 11 years old from December 2024 to May 2025. I guided dance sessions for young girls, assisted with warm-up and cool-down routines, ensured safety during activities, helped with dressing and preparation, encouraged discipline and focus, and supported the girls in starting ballet lessons. I also cared for a group of children between 3 to 5 years old from February 2024 to August 2024. My responsibilities included supervising children during free play and organized activities, assisting with meals and snacks, supporting hygiene routines, and helping with early learning tasks such as coloring, storytelling, and basic numbers.
