Child Care Experience
From March to October 2025, I took care of Aaron (7). I prepared food, took care of the baby's hygiene, put the baby down for naps, and played with the baby. From October 2024 to February 2025, I helped out at Garabatos Kindergarten with children from 1 to 7 years of age. I supervised, organized games, served snacks, helped with homework, controlled television time and accompanied the rest routine. From January to August 2023, I took care of Sofia (6). I ensured the safety of the child, did recreational and educational activities, prepared food, helped maintain daily routines, and informed the parent of any new developments. From July to November 2022, I took care of Mia (6) and Mariana (6) three days per week. I played with the children, prepared the children for bed, read books, and provided a caring and safe environment.

I would like to participate in the Aupair program in the US, because I am passionate about working with children, teaching them a little of Colombian culture and why not teach them to speak Spanish. I took care of Thiago Lopez Sarmiento, who was 5 years old, from April 2024 to December 2024. I was responsible for picking him up from school, taking him home, preparing light meals, and helping him with his homework. I also cared for Camilo Rey Acevedo, who was a newborn, from January 2020 to January 2021. I supported his mother during the postpartum period by helping care for the baby, including bathing, changing diapers, and feeding. I also helped prepare meals for the mother to support her recovery and well-being. From March 2025 to June 2025, I cared for Ana Victoria, who was 3 months old. I looked after the baby and assisted with age-appropriate motor and sensory activities to support her development.

My responsibilities included changing her diapers, spending time playing and teaching through different activities, helping her fall asleep, maintaining a safe sleep environment, and ensuring she was always supervised.
