Child Care Experience
I babysat Luisa (5) from February to October 2024. I played with her, helped with homework, prepared meals, helped brush teeth and get dressed. I babysat Thomas (5) from June to July 2023. My responsibilities included feeding, bathing, playing and helping with homework. I babysat Mateus (9) and Laura (10) from February 2023 to February 2024. I helped with schoolwork and supervised their play.

The main reason I want to go abroad is because I want to know and learn more about your cultures such as food, sports, dances, everything up close and feel the sensation of traveling I like to get to know places, take trips, have fun and with children I always have fun and I’m going to learn new things because we always learning something new with them, I also thank you who is reading and was interested in getting to know me a little better. From 09/2024 to 05/2025 I cared for Soleil (newborn) on occasion. I would play with her and take her to the park. From 06/2022 to 06/2024 I cared for Giorgio (6) on occasion. I would help with chores, take him to the beach, go to the park and prepare snacks. From 03/2025 to 05/2025 I cared for a group of children ages 8 to 11 a couple times a week. I would watch them during their break time.

Child Care Experience
From June 2024, I have taken care of Vanessa (9 months) once a week. I prepare food, change diapers, play, give baths and put child to bed. From December 2023 to present, I volunteer with a group of children from 2 to 13 years of age once a week. I assist with supervision and activities, help create a safe and loving environment, support lessons, do crafts and games and attend training when needed. From 07/2018 to 12/2022, I cared for Levi (6), Lisa (5) and Livia (1) twice a week. My responsibilities included bathing, helping with schoolwork, organizing toys, games and activities and feeding. From 05/2021 to 03/2022 I cared for Milena (1) three times a week. My responsibilities included bathing, make sleep, organizing toys, activities, feeding and laundry. From 01/2023 to 02/2023 I cared for children ranging from newborn to 12 years old 5 days a week. My responsibility included changing diapers, bottle feeding, supervising, making then sleep, activities, games, play together and entertain the babies.

Becoming an Au Pair is a dream for me because it combines my love for children with my desire to experience a new culture, improve my English, meet new people, and explore new places. I see this as an amazing opportunity to grow personally and professionally while doing something I truly enjoy: caring for kids. I’ve always loved being around children and helping them learn, grow, and have fun. I want to be part of their development, teaching them new things, and sharing a bit of my Brazilian culture through games, stories, and traditions. Child Care Experience
I worked at a daycare center from December 2024 to February 2025 taking care of children ages 2 to 6 years old. I played with the children, read books to them, assisted with different tasks, helped them get along, and organized their play area. I've babysat Leon (4) since May 2023. I play with him, assist him with difficult tasks, go for walks and spend time in the garden, and tidy up his toys. Lastly, I babysat Hannes (1) form May to October 2024. I prepared meals, fed him, played with him, visited playgrounds, engaged in creative activities, and cleaned up after him.

Becoming an au pair has been my dream, inspired by my fascination with American culture and my passion for working with children. When I visited the USA, I fell in love with its diversity and way of life. The Au Pair program offers the perfect opportunity to improve my English, experience a new culture, and grow personally by becoming more independent and adaptable. I am qualified for this program due to my experience babysitting younger cousins and family friends, where I organized fun activities, prepared meals, and ensured their well-being. I am also studying pedagogy, which has deepened my understanding of child development and how to support it. My strengths include responsibility, patience, and creativity, which I use to engage children in meaningful activities. I am excited to contribute to a host family while experiencing a cultural exchange that will shape my future.
