Child Care Experience
From 01/2019 to 08/2025 I cared for my brother Kirill (6) on occasion. My responsibilities included helping with homework and studying, playing games, cooking meals, and to watch him when parents are not home. From 09/2025 to 10/2025 I cared for children ages 6 to 10 for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I was responsible for helping with homework, helping students in class, entertaining children, spending time with them and helping supervising at free time activities. From 07/2025 to 08/2025 I cared for children ages 3-6 for 7 hours a day, 4 days a week. I was responsible for assisting with supervising the children during free play & guided activities, helping with meals, supporting hygiene routines, participating in creative & educational activities.

I want to be an Au Pair because I like to spend time with children and to gain more experience with childcare. I also want to visit USA and learn more about its culture and to learn more about living in the USA. Child Care Experience
I took care of Thomas, 10 years old, from October 2022 to December 2022. My responsibilities included picking him up from school, helping him with his homework and reviewing what he had learned in class, preparing his lunch, and taking him to his soccer lessons. I took care of Jhojan Esteban, 6 years old, from May 2023 to September 2023. I prepared his breakfast, helped with his morning routine, and engaged him in games and activities such as painting, reading, singing, dancing, baking cookies and desserts. I also served him lunch and took him to the park in the afternoons. I cared for Mariam Lizeth, 1 year old, from October 2023 to May 2024. I prepared her bottle, bathed her, changed her diaper, prepared her lunch, and did activities to stimulate her to take her first steps. I also helped her take her nap and took her to different places to play. I currently care for Samantha, 7 months old, from June 2024 to February 2025. I get her up and dress her to go to the park, prepare her bottle and give her lunch, change her diaper, play with her educational toys, help her take her afternoon nap, and dress her in pajamas afterward.

I took care of Genesis, 4 years old, from January 2017 to December 2024. Over the years, I have frequently looked after the children of my parents’ friends as needed. Occasionally, I have supported a close friend with her baby since birth, helping her navigate the first months of motherhood. I have also provided occasional tutoring to a younger child of a friend, about one hour per week.

I want to be an Au Pair because I love spending time with children and learning from different cultures. For me, it is the perfect way to improve my English while doing something meaningful, becoming part of a family, helping with their children, and growing personally. As the oldest sister in a large family, I grew up caring for my younger siblings and have always been trusted with responsibility. I also spend many weekends with my little cousins, going to the park, swimming, or simply playing together. In addition, during family gatherings, I often looked after my mother’s friends’ children since I was the oldest. These experiences have taught me to be responsible, patient, and caring. I babysat Geraldine (1) from January to June 2023. I changed diapers, prepared bottles, took her for walks in her stroller, and put her down for naps. I babysat Isabella (9) from September 2018 to July 2019. My duties were making them breakfast, helping them with their homework, driving to and picking them up from school, taking them to the park and play in the slide and the swing, playing soccer, running and jump roping with them. I was a substitute teacher from May to December 2020 teaching children ages 4 to 12 years old. I taught mathematics, numbers, painting, singing, history and sports.

I took care of Oliver (7) and Livian (1) from January 2020 to December 2025 and from March 2024 to December 2025. I looked after Oliver once a month for several hours at a time or sometimes for several days, and I cared for his younger sister Livian monthly for a couple of hours at a time. My responsibilities included playing with them, feeding them, going outside, changing diapers, dressing them, and providing overall care. I also took care of Isla (10) and Aava (7) from June 2021 to August 2021, where my duties included playing with them, making lunch, and overall childcare. Additionally, I have been caring for Roni (15) daily from August 2017 to December 2025, which included taking him to and from school by bike, preparing snacks and meals, driving him to practice, and staying overnight with him at home when needed.

The idea of becoming an Au Pair comes from the fact that my mother was an au pair in the USA when she was my age. She is still in contact with her host family, which I find admirable. I have always been interested in living in the USA and learning about the culture, so spending a year there as an au pair feels natural and exciting to me. The main reason I would like to become an au pair is that I want to improve my English skills, and I genuinely love taking care of children. I consider myself a responsible person and feel very comfortable working with kids. I am outgoing and approachable, which helps me get along well with both children and adults. I am hardworking and willing to take on tasks, whether they involve childcare or household duties. I am very tidy and organized, which makes everyday chores easy and natural for me.

From October to November 2024, I took care of a group of students from 1.5 to 3 years of age at Shi Phinong Nursery for one day a week. I did activities with the children, helped with their routines, gave baths and prepared food. For the month of September 2024, I took care of a group of students from 3 months to 5 years of age for two days a week. I took care of the children, helped with their daily routines and did activities with the children. From June to August 2024, I took care of Poom (1) for two days a week. I took the child for walks, changed diapers, prepared food and did activities with the child.

I helped with the child's daily routines, gave baths, helped get the child dressed, prepared food and snacks, drove the child to daycare, picked up from daycare, and took the child to soccer and swimming. From September 2024 to September 2025, I took care of Samuel (3) and Salvador (4) for six hours on Saturdays. I sang children's songs with the children, helped with the weekend routines, read stories, and took the children to the playground. From May to September 2024, I took care of Alana (4), for four hours per day, Monday to Friday. I picked up the child from school, helped with homework, played, sang and watched movies with the child. From October 2023 to January 2024, I took care of Austin (8). I helped with daily routines, gave baths, prepared bottles, changed diapers and helped the baby fall asleep.
