Child Care Experience
From 02/2021 to 05/2022 I cared for Millarie (7) for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I would supervise and care for the girl, prepare her food, help with homework, maintain a clean and tidy environment. From 07/2022 to 01/2023 I cared for Aila (2) for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I would take care of her, feed her, personal hygiene such as changing diapers, assisting in toilet training, and bathing her. From 02/2024 to 08/2024 I cared for Jaysha (7) for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I was responsible for feeding the girl, her personal hygiene such as changing diapers, assisting in toilet training, bathing the child and keeping her comfortable and clean, stimulation and entertainment such as providing educational and recreational activities appropriate for her age promoting her development.

From 10/2023 to 04/2024 I cared for Manuel (3) for 3 hours a day, 2 days a week. I used to start talk with him about his hair and how many braids I would make him, and then I started to make the braids.

Because I want to to live the experience of living in the United States, to know and learn, to do and discover things that can only be experienced in the United States and above all to have the opportunity to work and study at the same time to improve much more my level of English. From March to June 2024, I took care of Astrid (13) for six hours, three days per week. I ensured the child was following a structures daily routine, prepared breakfast, got child ready for school, engaged in educational activities, accompanied child to extracurricular activities and took care of the child until the parents returned home.

I am interested in participating in this program to learn about other cultures and make mine known, meet other people. I like children and I feel more than qualified to work with them, taking care of them, teaching them about my country and culture. Teaching them values and learning hundreds of things, living the experience with them would be an honor, they would learn as much from me as I do from them.
