From February to December 2025, I helped out at Settlers Park Preprimary with children from 1 to 5 years of age for twenty-five hours a week. I assisted the teachers with the daily running of the classroom, monitored the children, read stories, assisted with assessments when required, supported toilet routines, assisted at school functions, helped with feeding, changed diapers, and supervised the children during indoor and outdoor play. From February 7th to February 28th, I helped out at Sunny Lea Preprimary School with children from 4 to 5 years of age for twenty hours a week.
