*First-Aid Certified* I want to become an au pair because I am really fond of traveling and discovering other cultures. Since I was teenager, I am fascinated by the US not just because of the landscapes and all but mostly because I want to know the American culture even more by being immersed in it. But not only I like cultural exchanges but I am also a qualified child care. I have my BAFA, a French childcare diploma, and was a Girl Scout leader for several years. The idea of becoming an Au Pair comes from the fact that my mother was an au pair in the USA when she was my age. She is still in contact with her host family, which I find admirable. I have always been interested in living in the USA and learning about the culture, so spending a year there as an au pair feels natural and exciting to me. The main reason I would like to become an au pair is that I want to improve my English skills, and I genuinely love taking care of children.
