From 07/2024 to 11/2024 I cared for Sara (5) for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. I helped her with her homework and accompanied her to her swimming and skating classes. We shared unforgettable moments playing, dancing, cooking, and doing her hair, enjoying every activity together. From 04/2024 to 05/2024 I cared for Julieta (6 months) 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. I was responsible for bathing and dressing her, changing her diapers, preparing her bottle and meals. Additionally, I spent time playing with her and doing early stimulation activities to help her start crawling. From 02/2025 to 03/2025 I cared for children ages 1-6 for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I assisted in coordinating classes and activities such as games, robotics, experiments, crafts, motor skills, and pre-writing exercises.

Form February to April 2021, I worked at a children's recreational center as a trainer taking care of children ages 4 to 10 years old. I organized and supervised the recreational activities, and ensured a safe environment for them supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing. I volunteered for a foundation from June to October 2025 taking care of children ages 1 to 17 years old. My responsibilities included feed and bathing the younger children, doing different tasks with all of them, and taught different academic topics. I babysat Antonia (8) and Rafaela (5) form June to December 2021. I helped with schoolwork, took them to train, prepared food for them, dressed them and helped organized the house. Finally, I worked for a sports department from June to December 2023 taking care of children ages 5 to 17 years old. I was a sports monitor organizing recreational and sports activities for the children.

I want to become an au pair because I truly enjoy working with children and learning from different cultures. From 03/2021 to 06/2022, I took care of Rodrigo (2 years old) daily, played with him, prepared his meals, helped with his daily routine, and made sure he was safe and comfortable. I also spent time with him doing activities and keeping him entertained. From 04/2018 to 12/2018, I took care of Jonathan (3 months old) daily, gave him his bottles, changed his diapers, helped him sleep, and kept him safe and comfortable. I took care of Shikai Ma, 1 year old, from 10/2021 to 07/2024, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 4 hours per day. I managed the child’s daily diet, patiently feeding him and ensuring proper nutritional intake. I accompanied him in various activities, including playing with building blocks, reading picture books, and engaging in parent-child games to enrich his daily entertainment. I arranged a reasonable schedule, coaxed and accompanied him to sleep on time, and ensured sufficient rest. I also took him for outdoor activities, exposing him to nature and teaching simple knowledge about the environment. Additionally, I assisted with personal hygiene care, including washing and changing laundry. I cared for Xueyi Ma, 6 years old, from 01/2019 to 08/2021, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 5 hours per day. I was responsible for the child’s daily routines, including washing, dressing, dining, and napping. I accompanied educational activities, such as picture book reading, manual creation, and outdoor exploration, to help the child learn and cultivate interests. I guided the child in developing good habits, including following a regular schedule, organizing independently, and practicing sharing and cooperation. I prioritized safety, monitoring both indoor and outdoor activities and identifying environmental hazards to keep the child safe. I also communicated daily with parents regarding the child’s diet, emotions, and learning progress, and coordinated parenting arrangements. I tutored Qiang Wu, 13 years old, from 09/2024 to 02/2025, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 8 hours per day. I assisted with homework across various junior high school subjects, answered questions, and expanded knowledge. I helped cultivate healthy study habits and guided him to follow a regular schedule. I also accompanied the development of interest activities, such as basketball, and guided reading and communication to enhance comprehension and reading skills. Additionally, I assisted in planning learning tasks and organizing daily necessities.

For me, this is not only an overseas experience but also a cornerstone of my career as an educator. I hope this experience will help me clarify my original intention: education is never a one-way output but a process of mutual growth. Firstly, I majored in Education during my undergraduate studies, giving me a solid professional knowledge base and theoretical background. Secondly, I have an outgoing and cheerful personality; I am gentle, kind, and empathetic, which makes it easy for me to establish emotional connections with children. I also have multiple experiences interacting with children. Thirdly, I have a wide range of interests and hobbies, many talents, and skills in various sports. Lastly, I am highly adaptable, a quick learner, independent, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.

From 10/2025 to 01/2026 i cared for Edi (8) and Dan (13) for 4 days a week. I would pick them up from school, prepared food, played games, did activities and light housework. From 07/2025 to 08/2025 I cared for Maria (3) in the mornings I was responsible for preparing breakfast, got her dressed, playing games, outdoor activities and keeping her routine. From 03/2026 to 07/2026 I cared for Arnau (2) on occasion. I would supervise, prepare meals, personal hygiene and play outside.

I want to be an au pair in the United States because I love spending time with children and I believe this experience will allow me to grow both personally and professionally. From October 2024 to February 2025, I helped out at Garabatos Kindergarten with children from 1 to 7 years of age. I supervised, organized games, served snacks, helped with homework, controlled television time and accompanied the rest routine. From January to August 2023, I took care of Sofia (6). I ensured the safety of the child, did recreational and educational activities, prepared food, helped maintain daily routines, and informed the parent of any new developments. From July to November 2022, I took care of Mia (6) and Mariana (6) three days per week. I played with the children, prepared the children for bed, read books, and provided a caring and safe environment.

I would like to participate in the Aupair program in the US, because I am passionate about working with children, teaching them a little of Colombian culture and why not teach them to speak Spanish. Living with an American family will also allow me to improve my English and discover a different life from the one I lead. I also cared for Lily Wang, 5 years old, from September 2023 to June 2025, helping with preschool learning and basic English, doing handicrafts and painting, taking her outdoors, reading storybooks, and helping with her meals and daily routine. Additionally, I took care of Tom Chen, 7 years old, from January 2024 to January 2026, helping with homework, playing educational games, taking him to participate in outdoor sports, developing good study and living habits, and preparing simple snacks while ensuring his dietary safety.

I really want to become an AuPair in the USA because I have a strong interest in American culture. Living with a local family is the best way to experience real daily life in the USA, and it is also a great opportunity for me to improve my spoken English naturally. I believe I am qualified for this program because I truly love children and enjoy spending time with them. I am a very responsible person, which I demonstrated during my internship. From April 2026, I have taken care of multiple children from 5 to 12 years of age at the Resort Kids Club for eight hours, six days per week during the seasonal summer months. I organize daily games, sports activities, create arts and crafts, supervise the children and ensure the children's safety and well-being. From April to August 2026, I took care of Mila (9) for eight hours, six days per week. I took care of the child, ensured the child's safety and well-being, organized engaging activities and spent quality time with the child. From May to October 2025, I took care of Sasha (11) for three hours, five days per week. I assisted with daily routines, prepared meals, organized educational and fun activities, supervised chores and enusred the safety and well-being of the child.
