Why to choose an Au Pair from Latvia?
- Hard-working. Our winters are cold, for 6 months of the year it is actually snowing or raining here. However, winners have to think ahead and be prepared for both easy and hard times. We are good at planning and improvising as well.
- Open-minded. The landscape is flat in Latvia, so we look far, we look wide and we don't like our vision to be hampered by anything closer than the horizon. We don't always smile but when we do, it comes from the heart!
- Cooking enthusiasts. Cooking at home is very common in Latvia and we say almost nothing about it just because we have learned that it is not polite to speak with a full mouth. Food is to be enjoyed - not to be discussed.

I babysat Geraldine (1) from January to June 2023. I changed diapers, prepared bottles, took her for walks in her stroller, and put her down for naps. I babysat Isabella (9) from September 2018 to July 2019. I worked in both places with children who have special conditions (ADHD, Anxiety, and Autism). I took care of Geronimo Hoyos Leon, 2 years old, from August 2022 to September 2025. I helped him with tasks such as learning letters and numbers, painting, playing, bedtime routines, daily routines, swimming, and preparing simple food. I worked at Fundación Avanzando with children aged 6 months to 16 years from March 2025 to June 2025. I supervised children, planned activities, cared for infants, attended to sick and physically handicapped children, and cared for multiple children of different ages. I also worked at Letras y Artes Kindergarten with children aged 2 to 6 years from May 2025 to October 2025. I organized various learning activities, assisted with bedtime, provided meals, helped with hair care, supported daily routines, and accompanied children during transportation.
