Why to choose an Au Pair from Latvia?
- Hard-working. Our winters are cold, for 6 months of the year it is actually snowing or raining here. However, winners have to think ahead and be prepared for both easy and hard times. We are good at planning and improvising as well.
- Open-minded. The landscape is flat in Latvia, so we look far, we look wide and we don't like our vision to be hampered by anything closer than the horizon. We don't always smile but when we do, it comes from the heart!
- Cooking enthusiasts. Cooking at home is very common in Latvia and we say almost nothing about it just because we have learned that it is not polite to speak with a full mouth. Food is to be enjoyed - not to be discussed.

Child Care Experience
From April 2024, I have taken care of Lola (11) and Joaquin (15). I help with schoolwork, prepare breakfast and snacks and help with cleaning their room. From January to June 2023, I took care of Jonas (12). I picked up from school, prepared snacks, took the child to soccer practice, made sure the child took baths and checked the child's homework. From October 2020 to August 2021, I took care of Alvaro (1) twice a week. I changed diapers, did feeding, gave baths and entertained the child.

I would love it to become an au pair because I enjoy working with children and think it is a rewarding challenge to travel to another country to further expand my experience with children. I would also like to improve my English and of course, travel. I have always wanted to visit America sine I am 15 Years old. I am qualified for the program because I already have some experience with children and have worked hard to achieve this.
