Why to choose an Au Pair from Latvia?
- Hard-working. Our winters are cold, for 6 months of the year it is actually snowing or raining here. However, winners have to think ahead and be prepared for both easy and hard times. We are good at planning and improvising as well.
- Open-minded. The landscape is flat in Latvia, so we look far, we look wide and we don't like our vision to be hampered by anything closer than the horizon. We don't always smile but when we do, it comes from the heart!
- Cooking enthusiasts. Cooking at home is very common in Latvia and we say almost nothing about it just because we have learned that it is not polite to speak with a full mouth. Food is to be enjoyed - not to be discussed.

From June 2025 to the present, I have been teaching Chinese calligraphy to a group of eight children aged 4 to 9. I teach correct pen holding, sitting posture, basic strokes, radicals, and simple character structures in a fun and age-appropriate way. I manage classroom order through engaging games and reward systems to maintain focus and ensure smooth lessons.
