Why to choose an Au Pair from Lithuania?
Hard-working. Lithuania is a small country that had been occupied in the past, thus Lithuanians are always hard-working and energetic in order to achieve prosperity and their goals.
Experience. There are many nannies who have worked privately at home, because we have a very widespread culture of having nannies at home. Basically this is due to the lack of kindergartens, especially in the capital and big cities.
Cooking skills. Cooking at home is something very common and most au pairs have good cooking skills.
Education. There are more Lithuanians with completed higher education (31%) then the EU average (25.1%).
Open-mindedness. Young people are mostly open-minded and curious to explore the world, fearless but also very responsible - hungry for new experiences.
Good English speaking skills. A lot of young people have good English skills as Lithuania as a less populated country is kind of a bridge between East and West.
Nature lovers. Beautiful places for nature outings are what make Lithuania so special and Lithuanians really love all kinds of outdoor activities.
