Child Care Experience
I took care of Sara, an 8-year-old girl, from June 2021 to July 2022. My responsibilities included taking her to and picking her up from school, giving her lunch, preparing and serving snacks, checking her daily school activities, and guiding her with homework. I also engaged her in different activities such as playing games, doing handicrafts, solving puzzles, and enjoying board games together. From November 2023 to February 2024, I cared for Dulce, a 2-year-old girl. I picked her up from kindergarten, gave her lunch, helped with school-related activities, and played with her. We did various creative activities she enjoyed, such as painting and making crafts. I also got her belongings ready for the next day, made her dinner, and helped her prepare for bed. Currently, since September 2024, I have been taking care of Ammy, a 6-month-old baby. My duties include bathing her, feeding her, changing diapers, helping her take naps, and monitoring her while she sleeps.

For Gabriel, who is ten years old, from December 2024 to May 2025 on weekends for eight hours, I looked after him, taking him to and from his music and martial arts classes. I prepared his meals, organized his belongings, and assisted with his bedtime routine. We also enjoyed activities together, including going to the park, swimming, watching movies, and doing crafts. At Sarahy Kindergarten, from May 2025 to August 2025, Monday to Friday for four hours per day, I assisted the teachers with children aged one to five. I helped with daily routines such as meals, nap time, hygiene, and diaper changes, and I supported classroom activities including games, crafts, singing, and motor skills exercises, always ensuring the children’s well-being and safety.

I arranged a reasonable schedule, coaxed and accompanied him to sleep on time, and ensured sufficient rest. Additionally, I assisted with personal hygiene care, including washing and changing laundry. I cared for Xueyi Ma, 6 years old, from 01/2019 to 08/2021, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 5 hours per day. I was responsible for the child’s daily routines, including washing, dressing, dining, and napping. I accompanied educational activities, such as picture book reading, manual creation, and outdoor exploration, to help the child learn and cultivate interests. I guided the child in developing good habits, including following a regular schedule, organizing independently, and practicing sharing and cooperation. I prioritized safety, monitoring both indoor and outdoor activities and identifying environmental hazards to keep the child safe. I also communicated daily with parents regarding the child’s diet, emotions, and learning progress, and coordinated parenting arrangements. I tutored Qiang Wu, 13 years old, from 09/2024 to 02/2025, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 8 hours per day. I assisted with homework across various junior high school subjects, answered questions, and expanded knowledge. I helped cultivate healthy study habits and guided him to follow a regular schedule. I also accompanied the development of interest activities, such as basketball, and guided reading and communication to enhance comprehension and reading skills.
