Child Care Experience
From June 2025 to February 2026, I took care of Nahomi (8) for four to six hours on the weekend. I took care of the child, helped with tasks, played in the park, prepared meals and did activities with the child. From April 2023 to January 2026, I took care of Samuel (3) for four hours on the weekend. I took care of the child, went for walks, changed diapers, taught the child to speak, did songs and numbers, gave baths, played and put the child to sleep. From July 2021 to June 2022, helpwed out at Instituto Alberto Merani with children from 5 to 15 years of age. I guided academic activities, observed and monitored cognitive, psychological and emotional traits that regulate support for children and families, planned activities, and did socio-affective development workshops.

From 07/2024 to 11/2024 I cared for Sara (5) for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. I helped her with her homework and accompanied her to her swimming and skating classes. I cared for Xueyi Ma, 6 years old, from 01/2019 to 08/2021, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 5 hours per day. I was responsible for the child’s daily routines, including washing, dressing, dining, and napping. I accompanied educational activities, such as picture book reading, manual creation, and outdoor exploration, to help the child learn and cultivate interests. I guided the child in developing good habits, including following a regular schedule, organizing independently, and practicing sharing and cooperation. I prioritized safety, monitoring both indoor and outdoor activities and identifying environmental hazards to keep the child safe. I also communicated daily with parents regarding the child’s diet, emotions, and learning progress, and coordinated parenting arrangements. I tutored Qiang Wu, 13 years old, from 09/2024 to 02/2025, twice a week, normally on weekends, for 8 hours per day. I assisted with homework across various junior high school subjects, answered questions, and expanded knowledge. I helped cultivate healthy study habits and guided him to follow a regular schedule. I also accompanied the development of interest activities, such as basketball, and guided reading and communication to enhance comprehension and reading skills. Additionally, I assisted in planning learning tasks and organizing daily necessities.

For me, this is not only an overseas experience but also a cornerstone of my career as an educator. From January 2025 to May 2026, I took care of Jeronimo (1) for five hours, Monday to Friday. I dropped off and picked up from Kindergarten, prepared breakfast, went outdoors, painted and did creative activities with the child. From December 2022 to July 2024, I took care of Luciana (5 months) for five hours, Monday to Friday. I prepared bottles, changed diapers, prepared food and gave baths. From March 2022 to July 2024, I took care of Alejandra (6) and Esteban (1) for three hours, Monday to Friday. I prepared snacks, helped with school tasks, picked up from school, changed diapers and played with the children. From February to December 2022, I helped out at I.E.O La Balsa with children from 4 to 6 years of age for five hours, Monday to Friday.
